Highly Treated Wastewater Pilot Program to Help Small Communities
Many small N.C. communities face significant challenges with aging water and sewer systems. The Highly Treated Wastewater pilot program, run by the NC Collaboratory and UNC School of Government, will improve infrastructure in small communities through innovative technologies and research.

Outreach manager protects NC families
