University Export Compliance Manual

The purpose of the University Export Compliance Manual is to give the reader a sense of the breadth and scope of the export control laws and to highlight risk areas specific to UNC-Chapel Hill. The reader is not expected to become an overnight expert in the area of export compliance. Rather, the University Export Compliance Manual is intended to raise awareness of potential export control issues that may affect members of the University community and provide resources that can be used to help address those issues. Although the University Export Compliance Manual should be the primary resource for all information concerning the UNC-Chapel Hill Export Compliance Program, please always feel free to refer to any part of the Export Compliance website or contact the Export Compliance Office directly at exportcontrol@unc.edu.
