Introduction to Postdoc Human Resources 

(Formerly “Postdoc HR Issues Training”) This class is designed for HR Representatives and Faculty Mentors in departments with postdoctoral scholars. This program goes over the recruitment and hiring process for Postdoctoral employees as well as basic human resources issues surrounding these employees. Discussion will center on new hire and on-boarding requirements, postdoc benefits, employee relations concerns, general best practices for postdoc HR issues, recent changes to postdoctoral policies, and other services provided by the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs.
