General Information
In Person vs. Virtual Attendance
Wednesday’s event is virtual-only and does not require advance registration. Visit the Symposium Schedule for Zoom links to log on to each session. Registration is required for in-person attendance on Thursday, September 28. If you have not registered, you may still attend Thursday’s sessions virtually via Zoom.
If you registered to attend in-person but will not be able to join us at the Friday Center, please email OSPSymposium@unc.edu to cancel your registration.
Parking
A parking pass is required at the Friday Conference Center. You may print your pass or pick up one at the registration desk when you check in on Thursday.
Continuing Education Credits
The Research Administrators Certification Council (RACC) will accept contact hours (one contact hour per hour of participation) for attending the Symposium. Visit the RACC FAQs page for information and forms. Your request must be submitted after the event is complete.
Advance Question Submissions
Have a burning question you’d like to ask during a session? You can submit your questions here in advance of the sessions.
Post Event
Recordings of most sessions will be available on the Symposium Website in the coming weeks after the event. You may also submit follow-up questions for panelists and presenters 48 hours after the conclusion of the event. Answers will be included in the uploaded presentations.
