As a reminder, effective January 1, 2023, Facilities & Administrative costs (F&A) will no longer be collected on expenses for cloud computing on the following account codes:

527261 – Managed Cloud Software
Microsoft, Adobe, Tableau, etc.

527262 – Managed Cloud Infrastructure
Azure, Amazon, Google, etc.
This change is in response to several sponsors limiting or restricting F&A recovery on cloud computing expenditures as well as institutions that are now waiving F&A on cloud computing/cloud services.
