The Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) recently added new Subrecipient Letter of Intent forms to the Forms and Tools webpage. We have made the following updates to these forms based on user feedback:
- Ability to digitally sign forms regardless of Adobe version
- Updated instructions with information on Adobe signatures
- Please note that the form will display a preview only when opened on a browser, but it must be opened from a local location on your computer in order to complete and sign.

Use this form when UNC is proposing to be a Subrecipient to an external entity.
Outgoing Subrecipient Letter of Intent
Use this form when an external entity is proposing to be a Subrecipient on a UNC proposal or award.
