On January 7, 2017, UNC finalized its new facilities and administrative (F&A) rate agreement with DHHS. Beginning July 1, 2017, UNC’s new F&A rate will be increased from 52.0% to 55.5%.
Please be sure to incorporate this new rate into new and competing budget renewals that have an effective date after July 1, 2017. Also, please note that noncompeting renewals will continue to use the rate applied at inception of the project.
