The Office of Research Development facilitates project ideation, resource identification, and multidisciplinary team formation to enhance UNC’s competitiveness in securing funding for research and scholarly projects.

Limited Submission Awards and Grants are funded through external agencies, to which the University can nominate a limited number of candidates. The Office of Research Development (ORD) provides appropriate support to instructional candidates to ensure that nominations meet eligibility criteria and align with program goals.
