Research Service Centers (RSC) Update

OSR Operating Standard 900.1 requires that the recharge rates of all RSCs be formally reviewed by OSR every two years. To accomplish this requirement OSR’s Cost Analysis and Compliance (CAC) unit will be placing each RSC into one of eight quarterly review periods going forward. New Process for Budgeting and Applying Health Insurance Costs for Faculty’s Summer Salary

New Business Process for Budget Revisions and Prior Approvals

The first improvements are to the Budget Revisions and Institutional Prior Approval System (IPAS) process forms.
