Reminder: Submit ePARs Prior to the Deadline
During the summer months, May-August, the Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) experiences an increased volume of ePARs, most of which are related to summer salary payments. To ensure that employees receive payments on time, please be sure that all requests are awaiting OSR approval by the July 2021 EHRA School/Division ePAR approval deadline which is July 15, 2021 at 12:00pm. Timely payment cannot be guaranteed for any ePAR submitted after the deadline. In order to facilitate processing the ePARs, please submit supporting documentation, notes, and ensure that any cost share is documented appropriately.
