Molly supports clinical research teams in applying best practices to successfully launch and conduct clinical research projects at UNC, with a particular focus on research operations. She brings unique expertise from her experience as a surgical oncology Physician Assistant and multiple first-author publications, allowing her to bridge clinical perspectives and research execution.
