Brian Collier

Brian Collier serves as the director of the Research Security program. He brings over thirty years of experience in research and government administration into his role at UNC. After a fifteen-year career in the National Institutes of Health, Brian spent seven years in the NC AHEC system and then joined UNC in 2013, where he now protects University research and researchers by facilitating compliance with federal research transparency and security directives.
