To support the University’s research goals through providing excellent delivery of financial support to faculty and staff within the offices of the Vice Chancellor for Research, Vice Chancellor for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development and the University.
About Us
The Finance Service Center helps faculty and staff focus on facilitating and managing the University’s one billion dollar enterprise by providing customized administrative and management support for the offices within the Vice Chancellor for Research and Vice Chancellor for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development.
Finance Administrators are experts at analytical thinking. They simultaneously perform duties such as:
- staff oversight and development
- coverage
- financial management
- budgeting
- accounting
- transaction processing
- maintaining records in compliance with institutional policies
- managing administrative work
- acting as liaisons between departments, central offices and external entities
