PREPP – Managing a Lab

UNC’s Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) is partnering with NC State and other UNC system institutions to provide a panel series offering guidance for postdocs hoping to transition to faculty positions. The “Postdoctoral Readiness to Enter the Professorship Program (PREPP)” involves four online seminars that will run throughout the 2024 spring semester, and will be open to postdocs at NC State University, UNC-Chapel Hill, NC A&T State University, UNC-Charlotte, East Carolina University and UNC-Wilmington. Each session will feature panelists who are department heads, assistant professors and associate professors:
