Effective Mentoring (Virtual Series)

| Mentoring principles are universal and apply to a variety of professional settings in and out of academia. This mentoring workshop series (based on the CIMER: Entering Mentoring) will provide training in competencies and skills with effective mentoring (being mentors themselves). Postdocs in all disciplines are welcome to participate. Sessions will be based on case scenarios, evidence-based practices, and participants are expected to actively engage in discussions. Participants are expected to commit to attending all sessions. Those who attend all five sessions and complete assignments will receive a digital badge from Credly. All sessions are synchronous via Zoom. Sessions will not be recorded. Tuesdays in April from 3:00-4:30pm:
