The Research Compliance Committee: Process Improvement Link released the Process Improvement Priority Scoring Tool. This tool helps research teams objectively identify which processes to prioritize for improvement. Using a standardized 1–5 scoring system across key criteria such as administrative burden, risk, impact, and feasibility, the tool generates a Total Priority Score to support consistent comparison and decision-making. This enables teams to focus resources on the areas where improvements will have the greatest impact.
