The Research Administrators Peer-to-Peer (RAPP) group seeks to create a community of practice for research administrators and other professionals involved in research administration across the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The group will participate in meetings and other activities to inform, educate, and support individuals by providing a forum for discussion and an open exchange of ideas; an information network for policies, procedures, and sponsor guidelines; and networking opportunities for research administration professionals across campus.

RAPP Session: Working Effectively with PIs and Project Teams, Thursday, May 28, 12 – 1 pm ET

At this meeting, we will highlight recent policy and procedure changes and share best practices on working with PIs and Project Teams. Topics will include establishing clear roles, resolving conflicts, setting expectations, and building and maintaining relationships.
