With over two decades of experience in higher education financial administration, Jennifer serves as a seasoned Budget Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Specializing in both pre- and post-award research support, Jennifer has successfully guided principal investigators and project managers through complex proposal processes, financial reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. Known for meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative spirit, Jennifer has managed multiple units across campus and trained staff across departments. Her career spans multiple divisions within UNC-Chapel Hill—including the Gillings School of Global Public Health, the School of Medicine and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research—building a legacy of dependable stewardship, analytical insight, and cross-functional leadership.
