Research Development Manager
Nate Warren, PhD
Nate Warren works with UNC teams applying to large and complex grant opportunities by providing administrative and proposal development support. He joined the Office of Research Development in 2022.
Before joining UNC, Nate worked as a consultant supporting small businesses applying for SBIR/STTR funding. Nate holds a doctorate in Nutrition Sciences from University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed postdoctoral research at Duke University. He received a BS in Foods & Nutrition from Appalachian State University.
