An internal call for proposals has been announced for the NSF BioFoundries to Enable Access to Infrastructure and Resources for Advancing Modern Biology and Biotechnology program. The Office of Research Development (ORD) is organizing a virtual networking meeting for groups interested in joining with likeminded researchers to have a broader discussion about the opportunity. The discussion is accessible through this calendar invitation that includes a Zoom link and will happen on June 16 from 2-3:30 p.m.
ORD strives to balance collaborative intent and optimal team formation, without predetermining an outcome, and asks that interested researchers join the call in this spirit. The office also asks that only Carolina-affiliated researchers join the call.
