The University will be closed on December 24 and reopen on January 4, 2021. During the closure, the Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) will not be available to process proposal and award transactions. To ensure our office can meet any tasks required before the closure, OSR has set the following deadlines below.
ConnectCarolina Transactions:
(including pre-audit transactions and overrides)
5:00 pm on Friday, December 18
Proposal Submittals with Organizational COI:
(due during closure period and up to January 11, 2021)
12:00 pm on Monday, December 14
Proposal Submittals without Organizational COI:
(due during closure period through January 6, 2021)
5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 16
