Due to a veto of the proposed FY 2019-2020 budget for the State of North Carolina, the annual update to fringe benefits and health insurance rates for sponsored projects has not occurred. The Office of Sponsored Research has elected to continue using the rates from the previous memorandum dated 01/31/2019 to budget for personnel benefits. An update to the fringe benefits and health insurance rates for FY 2019-2020 will be provided after the budget for the State of North Carolina has been approved.
