The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) will soon begin collecting FY2023 financial and space usage data to prepare the University’s next Facilities & Administrative (F&A) Cost Rate Proposal. A space survey will be conducted as part of the proposal, and we would appreciate your help with the first step in the process.
Please login to SPOTS and review the space assignments for your department to ensure that the system accurately reflects your department’s current space utilization.
It is important that all updates to the space layout in SPOTS be completed as soon as possible but no later than 7/17/2023 as data will be pulled following the end of the fiscal year to begin preparing information to conduct the space survey.
