The University will be closed December 26, 2022 through January 2, 2023. During this closure, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) and School of Medicine’s Sponsored Programs Office (SPO) will not be available to process proposal and award transactions. To ensure our offices can meet any deadlines and tasks required before the closure, we have set the following early submission deadlines.

For proposal and/or award actions not specifically identified above, please ensure those requests are submitted to OSP and/or SPO for review and processing prior to the University closure. Both OSP and SPO will reopen on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
