With funding from the UNC Center for Galapagos Studies’ Seed Grant program, the School of Nursing sent faculty and students to continue previous research on the professional development needs of nurses in the Galápagos.
Bob Pleasants is the director of the Office for Undergraduate Research. He has been contributing to research at Carolina for 14 years.
The grant funds a project to facilitate generation and use of high-quality data to strengthen policies and program implementation to improve health in low- and middle-income countries.
