Q&A with Corporate Scientist Matt Nelson – Networking Opportunity
Matt Nelson is a geneticist and information scientist who has been working for the past 20 years in biotech, pharma, and most recently, at the health care investment firm, Deerfield Management. There will be a Q&A over lunch from 12:30-1:30 PM in Bondurant Hall G-010 on Friday April 28th for trainees to learn and ask questions about careers in genetics in the corporate sector. On the morning of Friday April 28th, geneticists from Deerfield Management, a NYC-based healthcare investment firm will deliver a presentation on “Expanding Insights Into The Value of Genetic Evidence for Drug Discovery And The Myth of Peak Genetics”, from 11-12 PM.
