Interdisciplinary Nutrition Sciences Symposium: Obesity and the Brain Across the Life Course

The Interdisciplinary Nutrition Sciences Symposium is an annual translational nutrition science conference. The theme for 2023 is Obesity and the Brain Across the Life Course. This conference will build on the dialogue we began in our first three symposia to develop best practices for translational nutrition science and to generate ideas for proposals and collaborative projects, which will lead public health, therapeutic, and clinical efforts to reduce obesity and its associated comorbidities.

Obesity and the Brain Across the Life Course. This conference will address the critical need to establish rigorous interdisciplinary and translational approaches in the context of nutrition and obesity to effectively prevent and treat a variety of physiological outcomes as they relate to aging and the brain.
