Carolina Community Garden Event

On May 22nd there will be a cool volunteer event for 10 of you!
The Carolina Community Garden (located near the Carolina Inn) provides free produce for low-wage workers of UNC (e.g., custodians) so that they have access to fresh and healthy produce. The garden relies on volunteers to be able to do this. Postdocs that want to volunteer for this event will perform different gardening duties from 3-5pm on Sunday, May 22nd. No prior gardening skills are required to participate. This will be a great event to connect with other postdocs, improve your gardening skills, and do something great for your community.
Note: We only have 10 available spots, which will be filled on a first come first serve basis. If more than 20 people sign up, we will try and set up a second date.
