Beyond the Resume: Insights into professional networking and current hiring trends for a successful transition to industry

The UNC Postdoc Association (PDA) and the Graduate Business and Consulting Club (GBCC) are excited to announce a professional development seminar by Corey Marshall. Corey Marshall is the Director of Workforce Solutions for Healthcare and Life Sciences at TalentBurst, a company that is among the top 20 largest providers of talent to Pharma and Biotech industries. Corey’s 30-minute talk will focus on current hiring trends and provide insight into the skills required to transition from academia to industry, beyond having a good resume. His talk will be followed by a 30-min Q&A with the audience.
