The effort certification deadline for the July 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019 reporting period has been extended to 5:00 pm on Monday, May 4, 2020.
Computer system issues have delayed the most recent payroll load into the ecrt system, and the extension was granted to provide adequate time for review and certification of any unprocessed effort statements.
If a Certifier has not completed his/her effort statement by 5:00 pm on Monday, May 4, 2020, OSR will place the respective effort statement on hold and transfer all salary and associated fringe benefit charges from the sponsored project(s) included on the unprocessed effort statement to a non-sponsored account of the Department/Institute.
