2022 Symposium Registration

Registration for the 2022 Symposium is open! Please complete registration by July 29th to ensure your place for in-person sessions.

Renamed to Office of Sponsored Programs

Our office has undergone this name change to better align with the sponsored programs administration we provide. We have also taken the opportunity to rename the majority of our email contacts to provide consistency and ease of recall of our addresses. Continue

Update to Independent Contractor Questionnaire & Outgoing Letter of Intent
In order to comply with updated federal regulations, OSP has updated the Independent Contractor & External Key Personnel Questionnaire as well as the Outgoing Subrecipient LOI. Continue

Increase of Small Purchase and Informal Bidding Thresholds

Recently, the state of North Carolina updated its small purchase and bidding thresholds in administrative code 01 NCAC 05B, which resulted in a significant rise in these thresholds. Continue


Pre-Paid Card Updates

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) in conjunction with the Finance Cash Management Team has created new resources and updated forms for PrePaid Cards. Continue
 

Facilities Services Service and Repair Rate Schedule

Facilities Services billing rates are adjusted annually effective with the end of each fiscal year. The fiscal year 2022-2023 rates will go into effect July 23, 2022. The materials and contracts and tiered project rates will remain unchanged. The labor and fixed charge billing rate changes are shown in sections III – VI of the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Rates
 

Bulk Mail Rate Increase

Effective Aug. 1, 2022, this bulk mailing fee will increase from 2 to 3 cents per piece. Continue
