DESCRIPTION:UNC Cleantech Summit\, March 24-25\, 2025\nRegistration is open for the 11th annual UNC Cleantech Summit that will be held on March 24-25\, 2025 at the UNC Friday Conference Center. The two-day event brings together professionals in business\, government\, and academia from across the Southeast and around the world for discussion\, workshops\, mentoring\, and networking to foster leadership and growth in the Southeast’s cleantech economy. The Summit convenes nearly 1\,500 attendees and is the largest event of its kind by a university in the United States. \nThe 11th annual UNC Cleantech Summit will include a variety of networking and learning opportunities for ticket holders. The summit is being held on March 26\, 2025 from 12-4pm ET via Zoom.   \nAt this event\, rural GME and teaching health center GME program leaders\, technical assistance organizations\, state office staff\, policymakers\, and other interested GME stakeholders will come together to share best practices and foster a collaborative understanding of how to optimize state GME funding and strategies to support rural and medically underserved communities across the U.S.   \nRegistration information can be found here!  \nEvent attendees will:  \n·                Gain a more complete understanding of the healthcare workforce landscape across our nation’s states.  \n·                Review “state GME 101” financial concepts and the various non-Medicare funding mechanisms leveraged by states for GME programming.  \n·                Dive into case study examples of state-level innovations in GME outcomes tracking and reporting and innovative models for leveraging state GME dollars.  \n·                Break out by state GME strategy maturity level and discuss getting started with a state GME framework or optimizing an existing state GME strategy.  \n·                Learn more about GME strategies to improve population health of underserved communities\, looking specifically at rural GME\, health center GME\, and partnerships with other allied health professions.  \nCME credit is available for this event.
