Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration for a refund minus a $50 administration fee until August 31st. Beginning September 1, there will be no refunds; however, if you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances (i.e. quarantine due to COVID infection, natural disaster, death in family), registration fee can be carried forward to next year’s conference with approval. To request a refund or future credit, email UNCSMI@med.unc.edu.
