Cultivating Mentors Workshop: Communication Expectations

In this workshop series, developed in partnership with UNC’s IMSD, participants will analyze a pair of complementary videos – realistic scenarios based on research and the real lived experiences of our colleagues here at UNC – and discuss strategic mentoring practices designed to establish and contribute to a culture in which all members thrive and next generation leaders are nurtured.

Workshop Three – Communication Expectations will focus on communicating expectations. How do we identify and establish a specific, healthy work culture in our lab environments?
