Conflict of Interest

Depending on the research personnel’s role on the IRB, they may be required to complete a COI Disclosure; the disclosure request originates from the COI Office using the AIR (Activities, Interests, and Relationships) Management System.  To understand the definition and implications of COI, research personnel are required to complete COI Training.

Note:  COI training certification is valid for 4 years; thereafter a COI Refresher Training is available.
