Dear Colleagues,
Happy Holidays! It has been a very busy time at OVCR. We are involved in system-level changes via the ONE UNC Clinical Research Initiative in which we are building a synergistic clinical research ecosystem that fosters increased access, efficiency, and equity for all stakeholders. Throughout next year, we will be releasing recommendations that will help us achieve this goal. As we develop and implement these changes, I will provide updates via the Carolina Investigator newsletter.
Additionally, I am continuing to work on initiatives that will expand our efforts to diversify our research workforce and continue to build an inclusive research environment. I look forward to sharing our progress on these DEI initiatives in the new year.
