Role Changes for COI
In order to ensure that appropriate Conflict of Interest (COI) reviews are completed for all UNC faculty, the roles in RAMSeS have been modified so that when faculty are selected on the RAMSeS personnel screen, a pop-up message will appear prompting the selection of a RAMSeS role that requires COI disclosure.
Below are roles that require COI:
- Investigator
- Principal Investigator
- Faculty Advisor (only visible when Lead PI is a post-doc)
- Postdoctoral Research Associate
- Fellow
- Fellow (Individual NIH Fellowship)
- Clinical Research Coordinator
- Other Key Participant
