Budgeting
Correction to the Budget Revision Form – version dated 4/8/2020
This form is used to request a budget revision for all projects. A correction was made to the form so that the “Total Change” field calculates to equal zero..

Updated Sample Template for NIH Other Support – version dated 4/1/2020
The UNC sample template provides a detailed list of the required elements for NIH Other Support that are currently not identified in the NIH template forms. These requirements were communicated in NIH Notice NOT-OD-19-114. This updated sample contains examples for all requirements.

NSF requires information on all current and pending support for ongoing projects and proposals. Detailed information about the content is available in the PAPPG, Chapter, II.C.2.h. A set of FAQs related to current and pending support is also available.

Biosketches are required in both competing applications and progress reports. Find instructions, blank format pages, and sample biosketches here.
Link to the NSF-Approved Formats for the Biographical Sketch
NSF requires a biographical sketch (limited to two pages) for each individual identified as senior personnel. Detailed information about the content is available in the PAPPG, Chapter II.C.2.f.
Letter of Intent (LOI) Templates for Incoming/Outgoing Subagreements
The existing MS-Word versions have been updated for both these templates. Coming soon, OSR will be releasing both LOI templates as a fillable smart form.
