QUICK JUMP: Who Should I Contact?

A diverse staff with extensive industry and university experience is key to OTD's mission of promoting the innovative spirit of the UNC community by developing rewarding relationships with industry. OTD is one of the offices reporting to the office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Economic Development.

Each OTD Assistant Director and Technology Development Associate manages a portfolio of cases from idea to product. Commercialization, marketing and licensing strategies are carefully developed in cooperation with the inventors and all Material Transfer Agreements are handled by the Special Projects Manager. Our support staff provides a firm base to ensure the office runs efficiently, and is in business compliance.
