Carolina Economic Recovery Corps
This past summer, UNC — with funding from the Vice Chancellor of Research and Economic Development — sent nine interns across the state to help localities seek out and apply for federal stimulus grants. The initiative demonstrates UNC’s continued commitment to public service and economic development in North Carolina. Plans are underway to continue this project in 2010 and beyond.
