To OEBD From Downtown Chapel Hill via Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd/Highway 86:
- From the intersection of Franklin and Columbia, take Columbia/Highway 86 North.
- Columbia forks at the Fire Station; veer right onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd/Historic Airport Road/Highway 86.
- Take Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd/Highway 86 approximately 3.5 miles to traffic signal at Weaver Dairy Road.
- Turn right on Weaver Dairy Road.
- Take first left on Perkins Drive.
- Take second left entrance into office complex.
- The OEBD will be in the building directly in front of you, first floor, Room 150.
From RTP/Cary/Raleigh via I-40:
- Take I-40 West to Exit 266.
- Turn left off of the exit ramp onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd/Highway 86 South.
- Take Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd/Highway 86 for approximately 0.25 miles to traffic signal at Perkins Drive.
- Turn left on Perkins Drive.
- Turn right into entrance of office complex.
- The OEBD will be in the building directly in front of you, first floor, Room 150.
From Durham via 15-501:
- Take 15-501 to I-40.
- Take I-40 West to Exit 266.
- Turn left off of the exit ramp onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd/Highway 86 South.
- Take Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd/Highway 86 for approximately 0.25 miles to traffic signal at Perkins Drive.
- Turn left on Perkins Drive.

From The Triad/Burlington via I-40:
- Take I-40 East to Exit 266.
