- Barbara is responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations
and monitoring the progress of personnel in OCT. She is the central individual
to whom schools/departments, divisions, investigators, staff and sponsors
can direct queries about the progress of study initiation for industry-related
trials. Externally, she will field questions from sponsors about research
activities at UNC-Chapel Hill, facilitate interaction between potential industry
sponsors and investigators, and answer questions from the public regarding
clinical trial activities.

- The Project Manager is both the internal and external contact for sponsors
and investigators regarding the performance of clinical trials. Internally,
