An RSS feed can alert you via e-mail you whenever your favorite websites are updated. First, you need some software to set it up. Mozilla's Thunderbird email client can do so, as can any number of standalone newsreader programs (see the list of newsreaders below). Once you download and install a newsreader, simply copy and paste the URL of a news feed (such as the RSS link above) into your newsreader's "subscribe" dialogue.
